Payroll Customer Service
Welcome to UCSF Payroll Customer Service webpage,
Campus Payroll Customer Service Unit (CSU) began its function of providing payroll information and services to all UCSF employees, past and present on January 1, 2007. Among its duties Payroll CSU is responsible for the employee records management which includes monitoring of Hiring Packets.
Hiring Packet contains, but is not limited to:
- Employment Eligibility Verification or Form I-9
- State Oath of Allegiance and Patent Acknowledgment form (Oath & Patent)
- W-4 form
- Employee Offer Letter
- IDOC (an OLPPS printout)
With the founding of the Payroll CSU, all instructions regarding how to properly complete and maintain these records have been reviewed for possible improvements. Hence a memo is scheduled to be sent to Online List Serve on April 23, 2007 to introduce the new unit and list a few new requirements as well as re-emphasizing current ones.
A Customer Service phone and an e-mail hotline have also been established to assist HR representatives and all other employees with any payroll related questions. In addition a quick reference guide has been developed to aid visitors to our website in finding answers to their inquiries. This reference guide contains other valuable links as well; and can be found at the bottom of this page, and under both Forms and Reference tabs on the Payroll webpage.
