PeopleSoft Customer Support

A Customer Support Call Center has been established in the Controller's Office. To ensure that you receive prompt and accurate assistance, we would like to direct you to the call center.

The Customer Support for number for Peoplesoft is 514-4100 Option 3.
Any calls will be responded to within 1 business day.

The call center handles Peoplesoft functional and technical questions, including Peoplesoft journal preparation and workflow, Proposal Express, Asset Management, Research Administration System (RAS), Online Payroll Time Reporting System (OPTRS), Financial Weblinks reporting, and AFP/DEP systems. The call center also resolved PS password and access questions, as well as connectivity, printing, or Adobe Acrobat.

(Please note that there is no Customer or Technical Support these days.)
