Payroll Forms

NOTE: You may experience multiple pages with printing these forms due to differences in workstation configurations and your standard printer. Upon opening any of the file(s) for the first time - you may find that you will need to adjust your margin settings or scaling percentages to fit the file print on one page.

Here are some basic actions to find out whether you need to make this adjustment:

• Open desired worksheet
• Click "Print Preview" - If you are on page 1 and the "NEXT" button is NOT available, no adjustments are needed.
• If "NEXT" button is available, go to page setup and adjust margins or scaling.

• Click on desired form
• At the prompt to 'SAVE AS', designate the folder to download to or write down the folder name where the file will be saved to
• Minimize your browser and go to the folder where the file has been saved
• Double click on the file - the file will open the appropriate application on your desktop.
